Harrogate Beckons….

Tonight sees the opening of the Theakstons Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival. Part of the famous Harrogate International Festival. The festival attracts the cream of the crime writing world crop and this year is no exception.

Over the weekend we will be updating you on all the goings on and most importantly send you news of the author who will be crowned Crime writer of the year…I hope you got your vote in

Hi Kate here (not to be confused with Kate F). I am just on my way up to Harrogate to check out. All the biggest names from both sides of the pond will be there, from Mark Billingham and George Pelecanos and of course our very own authors such as Reginald Hill and Stuart MacBride to name just a few. Along with my Festival buddies Rachel and Keshini, we will be posting all of the latest festival news and we’ll be grabbing some of the talent to bring you some exclusive chat.
